Stratik Emergency Alerts deliver time-sensitive notifications to registered utility crew members and contractors.
These messages are used only for:
Emergency callouts
Last-minute schedule or event changes
Availability requests
Critical status updates that impact safe and timely utility operations
No marketing or promotional content is ever sent.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on emergency conditions and operational needs. Some weeks may have no alerts, while active events may generate multiple messages in a short period.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Stratik does not charge additional fees for SMS delivery.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
When you opt out, you will receive a final confirmation message, and you will no longer receive emergency alerts unless you re-enroll.

Consent & Enrollment
End users provide consent during a recorded phone call with a Stratik representative. During onboarding, the purpose of the alerts, message types, data rates, and opt-out instructions are explained, and the user must verbally agree to receive messages at their provided phone number.
Only individuals who provide this express consent are enrolled.
